New Home for Lindfield Laughter Club
After almost 4 years at Energy & More Yoga Studio near the Lindfield train station, Lindfield Laughter Club is moving. The demolition of the current building at 27-31 Lindfield Avenue is imminent.
Our new venue has some great features:
Lindfield Laughter Club offers free membership to anyone who wishes to learn the health benefits of Laughter Yoga. It is the major sponsor of Sydney World Laughter Day and the Laughter NSW Annual Christmas Picnic.
As from Wednesday January 7, 2015 we'll meet at YYoga East Lindfield (formerly Just Balance) from 6:15 - 7:00pm.
Include regular doses of laughter in your New Year's resolution. Come and join us in January :D
Life is a Gift
Life is a gift. You don't earn it, you don't deserve it and you can't pay it back. What you can do, is offer gratitude."

Christmas Special on Private Yoga lessons
Do you have an injury that prevents you from attending public yoga classes?
Are you undergoing treatment and would prefer the privacy of one-on-one yoga sessions?
Wanting a special Christmas gift for someone who has everything?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then the good news is that there is a 20% discount for Private Yoga lessons. Only 5 spots left! Contact me now to ensure you don't miss out!
Here's what Dr Debbie from Lindfield had to say about Private Yoga lessons:
“I really enjoyed my private sessions with Bernadette. She would tailor every session to my specific needs. I was nervous as I hadn't done much yoga before, but Bernadette was so encouraging and warm, and she helped me build up my confidence. She takes the time to get to know you as a person and focus on what you need and want to get out of the session.”
As a bonus, I'll design a practise session which is specifically tailored for your individual needs.
To enjoy this bonus, register by December 12.

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.

The space with which Dr Frankl speaks of is the same space between the inhalation and exhalation of our breath. When we pay attention to this space, we enable our response to come from higher order thinking rather than reactionary doing.
