The space with which Dr Frankl speaks of is the same space between the inhalation and exhalation of our breath. When we pay attention to this space, we enable our response to come from higher order thinking rather than reactionary doing.

Laughter Yoga for Strategic Planning
Recently M&T Resources started their Strategic Planning Day with a Laughter Workshop. We laughed, played and bonded right in downtown Sydney at Lang Park.
