mukti bhukti means being free to soar beyond the limitations of the material world (mukti) while at the same time living daily life to the full (bhukti).
Our goal is to help you soar beyond any limitations you may be experiencing in your life. These could be work stress, health or relationship issues, or simply a desire to feel more at one with yourself.
We can support you to achieve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through the practices of yoga and laughter yoga.
